Trail Resources was owned and operated by John & Valerie Reeve. John started this business because he is an avid bicycle enthusiast.

As the business grew, Val jumped in to lend a hand. Originally, our products were based on American Bike Trails products and other trails and road routes for bicycling, (hence the name, Trail Resources), along with a few books on repair and fitness.

Since then, our product base has expanded, not only for the bicyclists across the country, but for the people who are interested in other trail sports (hiking, horseback riding, etc.). We continue to expand as the needs of our customers become apparent.

We were not a big corporation looking to get rich quick. We were just two people who found something we enjoyed doing, and we wanted to share it with you.

In May of 2007, we sold the business to American Bike Trails Distribution, which is now the parent company of Trail Resources
